Inquire with us in our inquiry form and one of our venue coordinators will get back to you with our wedding date availability and the ability to set up a property tour or phone chat with us!

When you tell us we're the venue for you two, we'll do a happy dance and send you a contract proposal! You'll be able to sign and make your nonrefundable booking payment right online. Then, it's official!

cheers to picking your date
You've got your date and it's time to dig into finding your vendor team! Our team will send you an Ideal Vendor Questionnaire to share your vision, flavors, etc and we curate a list of vendors to start you off. You'll also receive our extensive Welcome Guide packed with all the information you need to host a wedding with us!

planning + final walkthrough
Throughout your time as a King Hill client, you can reach out to our team for support as much or as little as you need. Three months before your weekend, you'll submit a Final Questionnaire and a final walkthrough with your lead coordinator on the property! We go over every detail from rain plans to chair counts so you can feel confident going into your weekend.

what is the parking situation?
We have a 55 car parking lot available and some additional field space. We provide a parking attendant in every collection to attend the parking as well.
who is responsible for set up?
When you arrive on the property, we will have your requested number of tables and chairs ready for you! Your crew will be responsible for putting the tables and chairs up. If you'd like names of vendors who provide this service, let us know!
who is responsible for take down?
As for taking down, you get to leave the tables and chairs up right where they are. Our staff will do the rest! Your only responsibility is packing and taking the items you brought and getting trash into trash bags for our staff to remove.
should we hire a wedding planner?
A wedding planner is an incredible investment. They will support your vision and vendors, so if you want a relaxed experience, consider their services! For a list of planners or a list of what our venue coordinators provide for our couples, please reach out!
What is the barn capacity?
The max is 150 for a seated event in the barn with a dance floor. We can accommodate up to 200 person events for non seated events.
what are the event bathrooms like?
We built a new bath house in 2019 with its own brand new septic system. The bath house features two stalls, one that is a handicap accessible and one that requires one step up. These bathrooms are all gender. As of fall 2023, three indoor bathroom stalls have been added to the barn as well, which features one handicap stall.
do we allow pets?
We sure do! They can come to the wedding or the whole weekend. Our entire property is pet friendly and we even have a little Dog Barn. We’ve had dogs, cats, horses and miniature horses visit us so far!
is there other lodging nearby?
The Oxford Casino has a new hotel and across the street from that is the Hampton Inn, both which are fifteen minutes from our property. There are several inns, resorts and AirBnBs in the area as well.
what is the nonrefundable booking amount due to secure your date?
A $2,500 deposit is needed to reserve your date in our schedule.
